you'll be better off with a well mated turbo and it will cost you less.
the terms "looking to spend as little as possible" and "twincharge" don't go together.
I'd be surprised if after all is said and done the project wouldn't take 6 months to a year and cost $4,000-5,000 just to have a setup that produces the same power as a $1500 turbo setup and ends up being less reliable.
there's a LOT more to twincharging other than just slapping a turbo on it and running a pipe to the s/c.... especially when you decide which way to feed and control valves to ensure boost is directing the correct way through the system.
