I want to take off my toyota emblem on my MKII. Does anyone know if they are held on by screws like the hondas or just glued on. If the metal is not going to be flushed, i won't do it.

The emblems that say "Toyota" and "Turbo" are just glued on ... you can safely remove them.

The chrome Toyota Symbol (on both ends of the car) has 2 holes going through the actual body.

i've debadged my car too.....will get rid of the toyota emblems also whenever i repaint the car....leaves ppls guessing what kind of car it is......i like to call it my japanese ferrari.......

speaking of MKI, so was power steering an option or not???
