I have a 86 MR2 with 145k on it and the tranny is begenning to wine a little bit! I had the oil changed and no help! just curious if anyone could give some advise! also my cooling system seems to turn brown every year and I do a flush but I'm getting tired of this routine! thanks kristy

Is it a kinda squeely noise when you are idling... at a stop sign perhaps? If your sitting at a stop sign and you hear it, put your foot lightly on the clutch and see if it goes away. If so, it's your clutch starting to go out. Pretty much everyone will tell you to just want until your clutch starts slipping to really do anything about it.
