Think I blew my head gasket this sucks what all should I be prepared for it's a 5sfe

What makes you think you blew the HG?
Oil in the coolant? Coolant in the oil? Have you done a compression test?

No comp test yet look like oil in the antifreeze I just flushed out all the old and put new going to see if it happens again

Take it that means cracked head if so how hard to do the 3sge swap and what's all needed don't wanna go turbo yet that's why I want the 3sge

Not neccessarily a cracked head. Could be it just needs a new head gasket.
How does it run?

Runs fine and don't really so any oil loss of the dip stick just coolant was like Milky and the coolant gauge keeps going hot the normal and keeps doing that then when I push the gas it goes back to normal the let of gets hot I thought it mite be bad water pump or thermostat ? What u thing

But to be honest when I got the guy said it was rebuilt and idk if it was if not then it has 200k on it so
I would like to swap it not ready to go turbo but later in life I want to so I thought 3sge swapping then when I am ready to go turbo I can just do rods pistons valves and cams and the turbo kit but for now just run 3sge but what all do I need to do this swap
