Body harness rewiring question on swap

Doing a 93 N/A to 92 3sgte. Have the wiring diagrams and confused on which wire to connect the starter "STA" wire to. On the 93 N/A diagram it says there should be a red/white wire connected to the starter relay which went to "STA" on the 93 engine harness ECU connector. Problem with this is on the starter relay I see just a plain red wire, a white/black, a fat white and a fat black/white. Was thinking it would be the red one to connect it to but want to make sure before I attempt anything.

Learned that the red wire is supposed to be connected to the ECU STA pin as well as to the fuse box...as far as that goes, the fuse box had just taken all the wires from the turbo engine and plugged into their respective places on the fuse box. The car turns over but will not actually start. Assuming if it actually wasn't connected on fuse box it wouldn't even turn over? In any case, connected the STA wire to this wire as well and (like I said) won't start. I also haven't connected the EFI resistor pack yet but figured this wouldn't actually prevent it from starting although not 100% on that.
