price 93 T Mr2 (MKII)

How do you price an 93 T Mr2 with 170K miles on it?

mods:
-new front and rear main seals in the engine and oil pan
-lower millage transmission with TRD lsd
-3rd gen turbo and internal wastegate
-clutch power 6 puck unsprung clutch (4 months old)
-apexi intake
-circuit sports catch can
-apexi avcr boost controller/ injector monitor
-apexi turbo timer and volt meter
-momo wheel hub and Nardi steering wheel
-shine auto Hybrid FRP front lip and side skirts with greddy replica side air vent (repainted original Toyota white)
-D2 coilovers (36 levels of adjustment) new
-D2front adjustable sway bar links (new)
-hks high power exhaust
-berk intercooler and tubing
-Synapse Synchronic Blow Off Valve with anti stall kit and hks fitting
-Ask sports front fenders
-muteki lug nuts
-Gravity gullflame wheels 18x8.5 front 18x9.5 rear (new no scratches/curb rash)
-toyo proxy 4 tiers (around 300 miles on them)
-short shifter
-yellow jdm fog lamps

Well, many buyers don't want someone elses moddified car.They've usually been driven hard.
Unless there's someone out there who is into moddifying cars and willing to pay extra for all the aftermarket parts, you will only be able to get about the Kelly Blue Book price.Maybe a lttle more or even a little less.
Without seeing detailed pictures or seeing the car in person, I would ask 7k and hope I would get 6K. IMO

The guy priced his at 8K. An issue I see is the engine not passing CA smog. It's missing the catalytic converter.

Looks to be in good shape. And yes, it will not pass a smog without the cat.

'93's are the rarest MR2's-Though the hardtops are the most rare.
Lots of goodies

There's no mention of an properly documented engine rebuild. Thats alot of miles for a turbo.Remember this car is almost 19 yrs old.
You need to be willing to put out some cash down the road. IT WILL need some TLC.
I do think 8K is high. You'll have the cat issues from the get go.


Have you test drove it? Those ubsprung clutches give a rougher engagement.

Will the owner let you do a compression check?
That would reveal alot.

3rd gen turbo? Is it a CT20? And is it new? or used?
