The 91-92 5sfe used a variable reluctor sensor and a wheel with 24 teeth, evenly spaced inside the distributor.

**6. Is there a distributor? Single/Multiple Coils? Coil on Plug?
|
It has a distributor with a single external coil mounted on the rear firewall.

**7. Does this engine have a fast idle valve (IAC)? If so, how many wires are connected to it? Do you know if it is an on/off, pulse width modulated, thermal, or stepper type?

Yes. It is the same IAC shared across most Toyota engines of the time. It is a 3 wire reverse PWM. Last I heard you have to make a separate circuit to run the IAC using the FIDLE output on the MS because the on-board will not run this type.
As for injectors, their size depends on the peak HP you will have. 5sfes use top feed, high impedance injectors so the ones from a 2jz or 3sgte are not compatible. The 315cc injectors from the mk3 NA Supra will fit but are only adequate to about 200rwhp and so with a t3/t4 are a bad idea. A better choice would be the 460cc injectors from a RX7. They are good to about 300rwhp. You can also buy new ones from various places in bigger sizes but the are not cheap.
You should also be aware that the stock ring end gap on the 5sfe may cause you problems at around 250rwhp. If you are shooting for power at or above that you need to widen the end gap to 3sgte specs or bigger.
