damn it.... its time for me to dig deep down into my pockets.... here is the scope... it is finally time for me to change the brake pads, rotors, tires, and clutch all at the same time... my plans are cross drilled sloted rotors, act 2 clutch, mechaline hydroedge tires, and ebc green stuff brake pads... the problem is... i cant find ebc green pads for my n/a just the front but not backs

, im not sure about the tire but from the review it sounds good and seem to out score and preformed the yokohama avs. What do you experts think about the changes? any suggestion and anything yall want to share? what are you folks using? man it is sad how i need to hold down my brake for about 25 ft to stop with disc brakes

i'm using 93 brakes...oem slotted rotors...oem pads on my 91....

i got a 91 n/a i saw someone selling a 93 brake with rotor for 80 but the thing is that the 93 are bigger than the 91 otherwise i think its a good deal

If you are replacing the entire caliper size shouldn't matter as long as it fits in your wheel. I don't know how much larger the caliper and rotors are.... but my brakes BARELY fit inside of my 14" stock rims. If you have aftermarket rims you should be good to go, if not, I'd look into it a little more.

93 brakes and calipers are bigger...i dont think that u could fit them on with 91's 14" rims....thats why 93s came with 15" rims stock........

^ Well... theres your looking into it. So... If your on the stock 14's your SOL. If you have something else I would do that same type of setup with the 93 Brakes.

i agree.. but i think for now im just going to stick with the 14's and just getting better brake but not bigger.... someone once told me that the smaller your wheels the fast? ture or false?

smaller rims and tires will weigh less...therefore not slow u down as much....but then u can't have bigger tires....which u need to keep traction.....ur best option would be just to get some OEM rotors...get them slotted.....new pads.....some stainless steel brake lines and u should be good to go...

what is the difference between the stainless steel brake line and regular? is there really that big of a differnce? and is it worth the money?

s.steel lines have a higher heat threshold......less brake fade under heavy use.......

Also, the Porterfield R4-S brake pads are the weapon of choice from the MR2 community.
