Question Jekylandhyde - BOV ?

Hello everyone.... JandH in particular.

I know my stock BOV/BPV is setup some wack ass way. Do you have any pics of what it SHOULD look like. I have a lot of capped hoses and such around my BOV.... and it's venting into the atmosphere (bad... i know). I kinda have a pic.... http://www.highoctanenetworks.com/mycars/mr2-6.jpg ... but I can't take another cause I dropped my digicam.

I'm sure this is what's killing my throttle response and gas mileage!!!!!

There are only 2 ports on the OEM valve, 1 on each side of the diaphragm. Both ports recieve manifold vac/pressure, the bottom(smaller) port has a vtv. The vtv has to be oriented the correct way for the valve to do it's job. A side(brown color) facing the passenger side, and B side(black) facing driver side and toward manifold vac source. You already know that it should be vented back into the intake ahead of the turbo. 2 more words - simple green.

Damn.... now that i look at it closer... I am missing the hose from the PCV to the Intake Piping.... and the hose from the BPV to the Intake Piping. I only ordered the one from the PCV to the intake... meant to order the other one... oh well.

HOLY CRAP! I got my recirc. pipe.... ghetto rigged it with a piece i cut from a ford radiator hose.... and now I'm pushing 10lbs of boost instead of 7-8. Not to mention ..... my throtle response is SOOO much better.... and I'm getting better gas mileage.
