mr2 4agze rebuild suggestions

My 89 mr2 4agze head and block are in the shop getting machined 40 thou over , putting in Aria piston kit with matching 3mm copper kead gasket, machine shop told me not to worry about arp bolts unless I was going turbo, new cusco pulley kit going in , new OEM cams and cam gears , original rods and crank, was thinking of a good crank scraper to keep the oil where it needs to be, new intercooler for the new pulley.
E51 is getting rebuilt with a brand new fidanza flywheel and clutchmasters stage three clutch with short shifter
going to have new 17x7 ADR Battle Exe rims and Goodyear F1 GS-D3 tires (215/40/17)
new ground control coil overs with tokico illuminas, all prothane bushings accept the engine and trani mounts
wondering about the axles shear strength and other limitations.
anyone have any opinions or suggestions?
I would greatly appreciate it before she goes back together
Thanks a bunch all

sc axles are pretty much bullet proof. Just make sure you have good brakes and don't overheat that motor with those oversized pistons.
