'91 turbo throttle cable question - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

I noticed on my throttle cable near the throttle body there is some fraying. I went to Toyota for a new cable and they can't find the part. All the pictures they have show the cable coming through the firewall straight to the throttle body. Mine runs by the intercooler and connects to an assembly, were a seperate wire (about 12 inches long) goes on to the throttle body. My question is: Does anyone now what cable this is so maybe I can help out Toyota?

call 910-353-1515 and ask 2 speak to the parts department. give them your vin # and make and year and they will give you the part # and cost. i just got mine yesterday. for a na it cost 72.00 and for a turbo it is 59.00

Its that throtle cable or cruse control cable?

its the throttle cable, and ne other part u need. i got my throttle cable yesterday. trust me, they can help u
