so would you say it is better to control fuel cut with a fcd or bypass fuel cut all together?cant fuel cut do engine damage if you are at wot and hit it?

I'd say it's better to control. Nice to have something to call back on if your boost controller takes a shit. Otherwise... say bye to your engine. It's pretty simple to build one... takes about 15 minutes.

If you want to run over 17 psi of boost, you have no choice.
You have to get rid of Fuel Cut.

If you plan on staying at 17.5 psi or less, then getting the HKS FCD will offer you protection in case of overboost.

I knew since day one that I would be going beyond 17 psi ... so Isaved my $99 on the FCD.
