Running too rich

My 91 mister 2 is running way too rich at higher RPMs... Any ideas!?!?

what mods do u have on the car??....how do u know its running too rich??...do u have a wideband O2 sensor or are u relying on an aftermarket air/fuel guage to determine this.....our cars are preprogrammed from the factory to run rich as a saftey precuation.....

well i have the japan spec. 3sgte motor in it with the ecu... i found out it was running way to rich from getting it dynod. I had the bottom end rebuilt with a 40 over bore and forged pistons, cam gears, gutted cats, fcd, and flywheel
