is there a recommended time you should change this hose from hell or is it something you can inspect and if its ok leave it alone?what is the hose made out of?how much does this hose cost?are there two hoses from hell like a return line and a main line?

They are coolant hoses. They are made out of.... rubber. Pull your shields out from under your car... and see if there are any coolant leaks. If not... don't worry about it.

If you are in the process of doing a swap... or you have your engine out of the car... YES!!... do it while its easier to get to.

if its never been replaced.....wise to change it before it goes on you.....
