Timing vey far off

Timing wayyyyy off, how is this possible?

O.k just for visual refference this is what it looks like

-------------------------------------------------------------------iIi-
------------------------------------I---------------------------------

Now imagine the upper line is where the timing is indicated, and the lower line is the actual timing.. Guys think its time for a new belt? Could I have jumped a tooth, or 3, or x... How is it that my car still idles relatively o.k (900-1.2k) I jumped the terminals as per bgb... I didn't adjust... this was just to see the timing... but is it normal that the mark is off by almost 4 inches?

O.k, I set the timing to 10, on the dot... the idle improved a whole lot, but when I ran the car... even less power then its super advanced setting? now i get full boost even at verry little throttle... almost overboosted in 3rd @ 5.4k rpm... boost shot straight to 10psi... Could I have jumped a tooth? Don't really know whats going on.

Seems my timing belt has jumped a tooth? Think you should look into your timing.
