I was tightening my HKS BOV when I over tighten the bolt and the bolt snap off. I was wondering If that can be replace. I never loosen it all the way ever I was also wondering if that bolt can come off if you loosen it all the way.......

Take apart the bov and get it out from the inside. I've taken apart an ssq before and I would say thats your best bet.

No its not hard at all. BOV's (especially the HKS) are very simple little things. I will say I'm not 100% sure that you can get it out from the inside, but I am 98% sure! There's a spring inside it and when you tighten that bolt, a plate moves up and compresses the spring more. So that bolt is right under the plate and I believe that plate comes off super easy (it might not even be attached to anything). Just give it a shot.

If only I still had that old SSQ here still I would check for you..
