How can you tell if your MR2 has the LSD option or not?? Or is it standard on all MR2

Me and my friend were changing the oil on his 95 Mr2 N/A and we came to the question of whether his MR2 has an LSD. He bought the car used about 4-5 months ago but did not get the original window sticker to check out the opts. Me and him basically cant tell. There is no wheel spin at all at the rear even under extremely heavy acceleration, maybe a short screech but thats it. I heard from someone that if you jack the rear and leave the both rear tires suspended and spin 1 wheel in one direction, the other wheel will go in the opposite direction. I havent tried it yet but is this true?

Jacking the car up and spinning the wheels does NOT work on the MR2.
