Any suggestions?

There are three coolant temps sensors:
One for the ECU, one for the dash gauge and one in the radiator that turns the rad fans on.

Are you sure you replaced the correct one?

So far I replaced the green coolant temp. sensor. (ECU) There is also a grey coolant temp. sensor (gauge) but I have not replaced that one yet because the gauge will go up if I turn the car off but as soon as I turn the car on it quickly goes back to Cool. I'm confused.

Ok, FYI, I replaced the temp. coolant sensor (grey) (gauge) and it is working like a charm now. Although I had to replaced the temp. coolant sensor (green) (ECU) and thermostat before getting to that pt. All in fun.
