Potential MKII MR2 NA purchase

I'm looking at a 1991 MR2...I've been wanting one for a long time, just haven't had the opportunity. Would like your comments on price, condition etc...I read the sticky on what to look for on MR2's but any other tips? Also how difficult is it to repair the sill rust? Well, if you don't mind it being NA, then i'd say you'll be getting a pretty good deal. Those cosmetic problems aren't that bad, and really not something I would even worry about. If you can, test drive it, and make sure it's running well, no smoke and no leaks. I'd say take $2250 cash with you and you'll most likely walk away with a car. Good luck!

The ad seems to state that he replaced the 5sfTe... implying that there is a turbo on there. You might want to look more into that.

Oh, you're referring to the "T" in the 5sfTe..I gotcha...I'm going to take a look at it tomorrow evening...
