sup yall im new to the board..anyways will 19" wheels fit on a 93? The car has not been lowered?

no, 19's will not fit.... 18" is max with 35 series tires. sorry

Why do bigger wheels lose speed? Is it the weight, or the bigger diameter? Just curious.

It's all physics. The bigger the wheel, the greater the moment of inertia. It takes more force to get the wheel rolling if you have 19's compared to if you had 16's.
