Exhaust question

I know, everyone seems to post this kind of question, but I can't quite figure it out. What would replacing the exhaust from the turbo back require? Is it just the Tanabe B Pipe and a Cat-back system, or am I missin a down pipe in there too? Thanks for the help.

The OEM set up has after the turbo:
*an elbow
*the primary cat
*the B-pipe
*the muffler section

Most downpipes replace the elbow and main cat.
The Tanabe B-pipe only replaces teh OEM b-pipe.

Many other after market exhausts bolt directly to the bottom of the main cat (or downpipe depending on which you have).

Noticed a lot of people around the internet use a Trueleo downpipe, although I couldn't find much about it, or any for sale. Out of curiosity, anyone know anything about it?

I live in Oklahoma, where we don't have to get inpections. Is the Blitz downpipe and HKS Hi-Power exhaust a good, albeit expensive, replacement for the entire exhaust system past the turbo?
