Unhappy Locked out of MR2

Hello

I recently added central locking to my MR2 and got it delocked. I have been away for a while and my father in his infinate wisdom has not kept turning the engine over for me hence the battery is dead.

Does anyone know how to or if it is possible for me to access the battery without breaking one of the windows i.e. pop the hood?

Feedback would be much appreciated, cheers

Matt

Ahh the infamous double post... But at least I see now... Here is a thought, could you possibly get under the car and see if you can reach the positive terminal on your starter? If you can do that you should be able to hook up a battery charger to that terminal and the body for ground, allowing you to get enough power to unlock your doors at least.

the alternator is prolly easier to access than the starter, dunno if yours has the cover on back though. If you absolutely can't find any other way, the hood release cable passes by in the drivers wheel well.
