USA Squeeeeeeling belts !!

I actually forgot to post this yesterday but, my car's belts squeel like there is no tomorrow. Im not so sure if it has anything to do with the AC belts having been removed due to compressor seizure or its the tension. I had it looked @ by my Toyota Tech friend and he said the belts were fine. I would have to warm up my car for 20 min to avoid the shrill. It is especially worse when it rains. there is also a faint squeel when Im at a Stand still and i am applying the brakes.

Any Ideas as to the Cause of this?

Thanks in advance

I have the same prob on my 95 and you but not as worse. I get the squeel from time to time but only on start up and when it rains. I took it in for warranty work so they can check it out and the belts were changed and still I get the squeel with the new belts. Tension is fine and my A/C belt was also replaced under warranty. I have to go back and let them check it out again because I heard that I might need some bearing back there, thats why there is a squeeling noise but I will find out soon after I talk to my Toyota Tech
