some guy is selling his 91 MR2 turbo up the street for $5000. it has 115,000. basically im knew to this forum and to MR2's,what is the potential of this car on a stock block

lots of potntial there. stock is 200/hp & 200lb/ tq..strong internals, good twin cam head, fully independent suspension,lots of bolt ons out there to squeeze more juice out it's 3sgte engine. not to mention they look really cool. Some of the guys on this forum will fill you in better than I. check this one out. I'm just getting started heres the link..

MR2s, when properly modifed have gone well beyond 500 whp on the stock engine.

I am currently at 351 rwhp with 200,222 miles on an unopened engine ... over 120 1/4 mile drag races, 3 Solo 1 Hill Climb events, 6 or more Solo 2 events, lots of abusive street driving and well over 20 dyno pulls.

Order one of my videos and you will see what these cars can do on the stock engine when properly set up

the blue book value is $5110.00 US. of course that also depends on the interior/extior condition and whatever options it has in it.
