im getting NOTHING

ok heres another mystery for the 2. I was sittin at steak and shake and for no reason at all my car would just click when i tried to turn it over. I tried it again and it did the same, then the third time it started like nothing was wrong at all. There is no battery light, the alternator is fine, the battery is fine. Im thinking its just the connection with the battery, but i just cleaned the terminals a week ago maybe they came lose or something, not sure il check it out, anyone have any ideas?

With us AllTrac guys we have this problem as well, we have found it to be the one wire that goes to the starter that causes the intermintent no start problem. Check the wire and replace it if at all posible.

Yeah, in the meantime you can bridge the positive side of the battery to the positive connector of the starter (the clip connector, not the bolt) while the key is in the 'ON' position and the tranny on park/neutral. This will serve as a temporary solution to get your car going. My gen2 and gen3 Camrys had the same issues...tho I think yours might be different b/c 5-speeds don't actually have a neutral start switch...hmm....
