Is this '89 MR2 a good buy for under $1500?

Check it out there. Needs paint in some areas and there is rust in wheel-wells. Also needs e-brake cable but car is mechanically perfect. New rotors/brakes/caliphers. Might have been in an accident but not sure.

Is this a good buy??

oh, thx for those links. I will not be purchasing the car. It has gotten in an accident in the rear so there could be potential damage on the inside
