How do you install the Window Guards for MKII MR2??

I bought a pair of window guards, you know, the black thin plactic pieces on the top of the window so you can open your window a bit when its raining and water won't get in type.

Well, I bought it but came with NO instructions for installation. I heard that I have to take off certain weatherstripping?? Please Help...

I don't think I've seen those on cars w/o the window frame that goes all the way around the window. If you have t-tops, I think it would be a tricky setup. Sorry I'm not much help.

I've never seen them as well for an MKII. I have them on my Cherokee, but it has a window frame. It would be interesting to see how the Wind guards would mount and look on the 2. Like andy said, sorry i was of no help.

I dont have a T-top nor Sunroof. Just a plain roof. I've heard of using double sided tape but there are metal brackets on the window guard which means they must go under somewhere??
