CT26 Question

I have a CT26 that has a different compressor wheel. 6 blades instead of 5. anybody familiar with this set up? max psi output? spool up? etc...

I would not go over 15 psi with the CT26, regardless of what the wheels have been upgraded to.

My understanding is that it should allow you to run more boost higher into the RPM band. Instead of the stock configuration that falls off. I suspect it may be more beneficial to have an upgraded turbine than an upgraded compressor.

I am hypothesizing, so I could be completely wrong.

HEy just a quick question, how come i see mk3 supra owners with 60-1 trim ct26's running 24psi?? I know that the turbo itself is actually bigger but not by much.

DR. J, I did more research since this post and found MR Controls 3s-GTE Power Primer suggests just that about the turbine side. They suggest a 15degree clip to help exhaust flow , but at the sacrifice of a later spool up.but you were dead on about the compressor side.. I'll let you guys know how this turns out...thanks
