Going to check out a Mr2t?

Hey guys, I'm going to check out a 91 turbo on sunday, like the title says. I was just wondering from all of your experiences what I should look for/ask about? I've talked to this guy for a while, and so far he has told me "all" the parts that need work/replacing. They are as followed:

Problems
-ball joints(included)
-speedo sensor
-abs sensor(right rear)
-oil sensor

modifications:
- Apexi Avcr Boost Controller
- Blitz DTT Turbo Timer
- JDM 3S-GTE and Tranny w/ approx 60,0000 miles
- Upgraded Turbo, 60 Trim T04E w/ 15 degree clip
- KYB AGX adjustable struts
- Tien lowering springs
- JDM ECU (provides around 15 extra hp over USDM)
- Greddy Intercooler
- Blitz Downpipe
- Apexi N1 Exhaust

gen. 2 3sgte, no lsd, t tops, 140XXX on chassis, and no rust

I'm picking it up for 4500 if all goes well, seems like a good price, do you guys agree?

If you guys have any suggestions as to specific questions I should ask or things I should look for while I'm checking it out/test driving. If it works out, I'll still be having my dad's friend, and mechanic go over it head to toe to make sure. But I don't want to go through all this if I don't have to, by finding something wrong to begin with. All of your responses are appreciated guys. Thanks again.

Seems like a pretty good deal for $4,500 if you are willing to fix those few problems on your own.
