Headlight Slant Adjustment?

I've read the BGB (see the last diagram in the image below) but I just cant' figure out what needs to be done? How do you adjust the 'rod length?' Does anybody have any suggestions?

My passanger side headlight seems to have slightly dropped down.

Thanks in advance,
Brandon

Oh man, this help would be great. My 2's left headlight was a bit off when I bought it, but I've never had the chance or knowledge to fix it. arcasmachineracing, is this all that the book has on headlight adjustment?

Thanks

Yeah man, they are definatly worth the money, go pick one up from Toyota or online, the latter would most likely be cheaper.

Now, back on topic guys!

Does anyone know how to adjust the 'rod length?'
