New Here & Looking to Buy a MR2

Hey guys, I am new to the MR2, but I have always liked them. I am looking to buy a new car soon, and while I was looking this morning, I came across this:

I really don't know what to look for in these cars, so I thought that some of you might know if this one or oculd tell me what to look for. Are there any known problems with this particular year and engine swap? Should I stay away from it and but a stock one and do it myself? Please let me know anything that will help me. Thanks!

If you want a turbo MR2, I would recommend buying a turbo MR2.
I would not do the swap ... and I surely would not buy someone else's swap project.

That just my 2 psi.

it looks good. alot of stuff has been done to it. i'd have to take it for a hellacious spin first. if it runs good, I would get it. but be prepared to have to sink some time and money in to it. thats the chance u will take if u buy someone elses swap..I see the car is in FL..where are u? are u gonna be able to test drive it? good luck
