USA need help with a 1st gen engine drop

I love my ae86 n/a wish it was supercharged though. but i managed to blow my engine snaped a piston rod right through the block. yes i managed to do this and so far im the only one recoreded to do so from the toyota dealer i went to. but i got another ae86 from a junk yard and rebuilt it. dropin out the old engine is starting to become a hasle for me. the wireing harness is woven into basically everything and even under the headers. if anyone could inform me on the easiest and fastest way to drop this engine because its starting to get cold again and snow and yes my car is outside which sux.

um, i threw a rod through the 3 rib block that was in my 87 mr2.... did it the night i bought it...... not only did i make one small hole on intake side, but i also made a big hole (about 3 quarters size) on exhaust side..... as my roommates put it "2 fireballs just came out the back of the car and there was smoke everywhere... it was cool"
