i am very very close (within 2 days) to buying a 91 Turbo, its engine has less than 1600 miles on it since it was rebuilt buy a company in california called Racetep.com aka topend performance. I live in the mid US and am not going to be able to look at the car first hand before the purchase (the car is in california).

Is the company reputable, where i should not be concerned with the car as far as the engine is concerned?

I was going to buy a downpipe from them but a KO was the same price. I can think of better shops in Cali to do engine rebuilds.... but I wouldn't turn down something from them.... they're work looks very clean.
