how do correct idle problem

i just put in a bov (apexi twin chamber) now it idles like crap constantly bouncing between 400-1200 rpm. i've checked all the vacuums lines and if anything is loose but nothing is. if i got a air/fuel controller would that correct the problem. also i see that hks sells a idle stabilizer. have anyone have use that before?

on the throttle body there is a round screw to adjust the vaccume. Have a buddy in the truck with it running and with the brakes pressed and turn this (in both directions) until the bouncing goes away and the idle is where you want it.
