my mr2 idles at 1500 ........ 91 N/A motor...im the 3rd owner of my car.....that 2nd owner didn't know wtf the 1st owner did.....his excuse was "it looked cool.....i jus wanted to drive it"

i guess i am a idiot also for buying it

...but i wanted a mr2 so bad...my dream car since HS..but all the things that were wrong isn't 2 bad.....for $3500.

could it be that the 1st owner put bigger fuel injectors in the mr2? or maybe something else?

i know u guys are probably reading this and shaking ur head

or laughing

You don't have a lot of info for me and theres so many things that can make this happen..ie tight cable adjustment or caught in sleave. EFI system for some, however copy/paste this link and go to the trouble shooting voltmeter part. it will give you all kinds of help for starters. It sure has helped me.
