Angry new clutch = broken wallet

Well people a 14 year old clutch has to go sometimes . my clutch has just start slipping really bad and i dont expect less from a 14 year old car with the same factory clutch it came with. It' just gonna break my wallet to buy and install a new clutch. But i think i found a pretty sick deal from a local place here in Miami. tell if this deal sounds good to you "Competition Clutch & Fidanza Flywheel Combo Kit

Competition Clutch & Fidanza Flywheel Combo Kit for the 90-99 Toyota MR-2 and 88-99 Celica All-trac Turbo" its a 6 puck clutch"

I think the clutch they are selling is the same clutch that ATSRACING is offering but their offering it with a fidanza light weight flywheel for $569

This is the discription they give.
Competition Clutch: Featuring an IronMan Sprung Disk & Racing Pressure Plate. 575hp Capability and VERY Streetable (Almost *NO* Chatter) Fidanza Aluminum Lighted Flywheel takes the weignt from 18.5 lbs. to 10 lbs. 8.5 pounds Lighter!

Do you peple think this is a good buy and then im going to have to fork up money for instal.

have u ever driven a car with a six puck clutch??...i can't stand them...not for every day driving....and judging by the mods in your sig...i think it would be overkill....try looking for a milder clutch.....full face....street disc...

The SPEC clutches have awesome pedal feel.
My 4-puck was more comfortable to drive than any clutch I have ever had.

I would give Josh @ www.chicoraceworks.com a call and ask about SPEC clutches.
He sold me mine and he is a great guy. Tell him I sent you.

Good luck,
