Boost controller ?

Whats up. I was woundering if any one that has installed a boost controller on their duce disabled their VSV, this is the vaccum port on the far side of the wastegate. Im not sure if i am supposed to because the EGR would not be able to function correcty. Need some feedback. Thanks peeps.

You need to disconnect and cap the T-VSV in order for the boost controller to function properly. It has nothing to do with the EGR.

That depends on teh boost controller.

Most of them want you to disable the TVSV, but not all of them.

Either way, it has nothing to do with the EGR. (You may be looking at the wrong VSV).

you're confusing it w/ the egr vsv near the tb. the turbo vsv is under the intake manifold. you can disable it disconnecting the elec connector or removing the hose fr the wg actuator and capping and plugging both ends. maybe they shoulda called it turbo psv, since it's never actuated under vacuum anyway.
