Howdy,i hope this does not end up being a stupid question and expose myself as the noob I am but I was wondering if there are ways to make a 1991 NA MR2 quicker.I know the obvious thing to do is upgrade the exhaust but are there aftermarket turbo's you can install or superchargers?If so could you tell me the company or website,thanks.I went to the TRD website but they do not make a supercharger for 1991 MR2's.

I'm not aware of a S/C for 2nd gen MR2's. The head for that engine is an "economy" head built for good mileage and longevity. they don't have the H20 passages near the valves for turbo cooling. it can be done but at great expense and modification. I think most of the guys on this forum would recommend the 3sgte turbo swap... thats alot of work too
