I read recently on a post that it's possible to clip a wire on the stock intercooler fan that would cause the fan to always stay on, thus helping to keep the temp down at all times. Is this actually beneficial and worth it? And if so, which wire is it?

You do not need to "clip" anything.
There is sensor on the engine lid .... simply unplug it and the fan runs all the time.
This does help to keep engine bay temps down.

could you also put in a toggle in series and use it as an option??

Yes. That is how I have it set up.
What you are actually "toggling" is not the FAN off/on, but rather the SENSOR off/on.

Toggle one = fans run all the time
Toggle two = sensors on, so fans come on when it is hot enough

you have 1 switch correct normally open and normally closed?

Correct.

Opening the switch turns OFF the sensor which turns on the fans.
Closing the switch turns the ON the switch which controls the fans (they come on when it gets hot enough).

so how would you go about eliminating fuel cut off? i have a 2.5 in downpipe and some other mods and a manual boost controller but havent installed it. boost settings are different in third on up so if i got rid of fuel cut, could i use the manual controller?

Plug the hose that leads to your 'Boost Pressure Sensor' in the rear right corner of your engine bay. The hose goes from the intake plentum to the pressure sensor.... just plug it with a screw.
