Front Strut Bar?

I was in the junkyard recently and noticed that the Corolla hatch has a front strut bar above it's 4age engine. I was wondering, woudl this front strut bar fit in the frunk of the 1st gen MR2 (1985 to be exact)?

Most likely it won't fit. Just because they share the same engine doesn't mean the frame (placement of the strut towers) will be in the same place. I would just buy something new that is made for your car.

Ok, thanks. I just figured better safe than sorry lol.

So far I've found a JDM strut bar from an 88 on ebay, but where else can I find good parts for my 85 mr2?
