Question Sunroof / Moon roof

My mr2 has a sun roof....i was wondering if i can make it into a moon roof...if u guys know what i mean

i want it to b electronic...and have the ability to shift back.

i hope u guys know what i mean.

I suppose you COULD. I like the look of the FD RX7 ones . You could also use the ones in the older (pre 95 I believe) Civics. Neither would be easy... but I'm sure it could be done.

Oh... what I meant by the RX7 and Civic kind.... is that they don't roll back into anything... they just roll over the car.

you do'nt think i can get a motor for it so the sunroof which is old school can b converted to a moon roof where i can use it as like my other friends car that can go up down and roll back with a touch of a button....i sound stupid and repeatitive...lol
do i make sense? and would that work?

you "could" do it.... but while you're at it you might as well do a 5sfe turbo build too
anything can be done, it all depends on how deep your pockets are.... or how well you're skilled.

haha...i dun want my NA motor..i wanna get a 3sGTE sooner or later...

but right now my car needs some basic and cosmetic work b4 i even think about anything extra..lol
i hope that moon roof convsersion dosen't cause in the high hundreds....yea...im in college...my pockets have holes in them with parasites that eat money (debt)
i have a tough time balancing all this...lol

^ I wouldn't think about doing this then. I think the only way to logically do it would be to use a sunroof that is already motorized.... and have it molded into your roof. You would definately need new paint after all of this.
