Why in the world would you want to boost 25psi is the real question? Your stock turbo will blow hot air after 15psi.... and do absolutely nothing for performance. To get rid of that... you will have to upgrade your turbo.... on an upgraded turbo.... a lot less boost will give you much more power than the stock ct26. You need to do some research my friend.

the stock internals of the 3sgte are pretty strong..T3 is a popular upgrade for the MR2 T. u will have to upgrade fuel system and Intercooler for the added boost to be handled safely and keep detonation in check

I was racing last year at 23.5 ~ 24.5 psi of boost on a 200,000 mile unopened stock engine.

With a correct set up, proper tuning and appropriate fuels, a lot is possible.
