need help

was up guys i hear a knocking noise from my 91 turbo ,engine bay, sound like marbles in the engine, plus i could not go past 3000 rpm felt like a lost of power. i figure i blew my engine. not what motor swap should i do? the kid i bought the car got a 3gste swap from nippon motorsport i really don't no what year should i go with and i running low on funds also! so if i don't have to change the trani... what is the best route?

are you sure its a blow motor? or is it just a turbo or maybe a valve problem?

U need to make sure of the problem before you do anything drastic or expensive. does it still start? run? there could be many things causing your troubles don't be hasty. especially if funds are limited..

I Would Suggest You Start Looking At The Least Expensive Solutions And Work Up To The Major Stuff. It's Kinda Like Having An Overheating Problem And You're Bummed Out Thinking It's You Need A $100+ Radiator When It's Actually Your $20 Fan Or $10 Radiator Cap....
