Question skybandit

I saw some aftermarket air filters that are being sold for 15$ on E-Bay,my question is are they OK to put in my 91 NA?I should know better because it sounds tooooo dang good to be true but they can't hurt huh......?If they improve the performance just a wee bit without harming my car then it might be 15 bucks well spent and they have to be better than the stock setup(I hope). Now the other thing i saw on E-Bay was an electric supercharger they sell for 100 or so dollars that they say increases HP about 10-30HP.It hooks up to your intake and your battery, looks interesting but any comments good or bad are appreciated.Thanks.

those filters are just Ok. I bought a K&N for about 29.95US+ ship.. might as well spend alittle extra a get a proven, reusable filter.. and yeah, those electric superchargers(intake tube fan) are a scam...

one thing to keep in mind is that cheaper filters let more "crap" (scientific term) in so parts wear faster, now how much more wear occurs is debatable but...keep that in mind...
