so i have this pretty good deal, 1986 toyota mr2 in good condition, 123,000 on it, and everythigns in good shape, only bad part is its a automatic... hes sellin for $1000.... since its an automatic is it worth the money anddd would a exhaust sound bad on it??.. also its sorta wierd questions but does anyone know what size of gas tank the 1986 has? and umm how big of subs can i fit in it

and umm mileage? all that good stuff... also i know im bein a pain but, is it possible to change a auto to a stick?.. if so would it be cheaper to just buy a manual or change it.. thanx for whoever helps

all the mk1s 85-89(i believe) have a 10.1 gal gas tank, per the manual. cant really fit more than a 6x9 behind the seats, maybe able to work something under the seats?? if you take it easy 30+mpg is possible, (with a 5spd). may want to keep a look out for a 5spd, i've seen them cheaper than $1k.
