Another New Owner

Even though nobody responded to my earlier post about the synchros I went ahead and bought the car anyway. It's a pretty solid car and hopefully i'll be happy with it.
Anyway, i have a question
First of all I wanted to know if anyone else has a problem with the clutch sticking. The master cylinder and clutch were replaced on this car about 2 years ago, but it still has the nastiest case of sticking clutch i've ever seen. Is this a common problem, and if so how has everyone gone about fixing it. This is my first time dealing with a hydrolic clutch, so please don't be too harsh with me if this is a stupid question.
I'm sure that i'll be coming back with a barage of noob questions in the near future, so i'll thank you all ahead of time for your patience.
Also, if anyone is interested, here's a link to a picture of the car.

The car has about 119000 miles on it, and is pretty much stock. A new turbo was installed about 2 years ago and the stock suspension was replaced with KYB AGXes and Eibach sportline springs. I think it also has a short shifter in it. It's in pretty good condition except for the clearcoat on the rear half of the car has started to peel off.

that's one of the things i'm not sure about on this car. Carfax and the previous two owners claim that the car hasn't been resprayed, however there are a few spots on the car that have paint drips and that "clearcoat" problem
But thanks for straightening me out.
