I have the Blitz FATT. It is flat, and can be placed anywhere. Nice feature!

Other than that, most will do the trick. Some have some nice little features to play with. The FATT has cool down based on RPM or flat timed, tells you cabin temp and battery voltage, and has a lap timer. Some higher end timers can actually do a lot more. Some actually have a boost gauge built in.

Besides the features, I've never heard anybody say one is better than another! So, I'd just pick the one you like best! But, maybe somebody else can chime in with their opinion.

Frank

Most will be plug and play, but you have to pay extra for the harness specifically for your car.

At night, it glows a pretty plain green. Very similar to the stock interior lights.

I'm using an HKS turbo timer(left). the wire harness was separate. like 4DRMR2t said, I don't know that any one brand is better than the other. although I do wish mine had the cabin temp thing. My HKS has several features: speed, RPM, 0-60 time, 1/4 mile time,2 times for turbo cool down. don't know how acurate some of that stuff is. I just use it for the timer. I did try the 1/4 mile thing a couple of times-got 13.8, 13.6..I dunno? oh, the light is blue and flashes red when in timer is counting down

i've got a greddy turbo timer in my glove box. Works good, set it from 10 sec to 10 min. But for the most part your decision will be based on what brand you want to go w/. They all have the same function, just different looks and small features.
