2nd Generation HKS Turbo Exhaust

I saw these while browsing around for an exhaust for my MR2. Has anyone tried these HKS turbo exhaust on his/her MR2 yet? If so how does it sound and does it look good with the dual tip? Please let me know, thanks!

I don't think that is for an MR2 man. Maybe for another gen??... not for an MKII though. HKS made two exhaust as far as I know. One is the HKS Sport.... which is just a replica of the stock exhaust with a bigger piping.... kinda like my Greddy exhaust (see my sig). The other is the HKS Dual Draggers (see MRQTurbo's sig) which are hard as hell to find. If you find them new they will be over $1,200.... used maybe somehwere around $600.

That exhaust you posted would look funny on an MR2 anyways..... a tip for each cylinder??? Thats a little much IMO.

Also.... there is no way in hell that piping would clear the crossmember. That looks like it is for a V6 of some sort.... with the dual PIPES and such.

Yeah I was wondering about the fitment and everything too, that picture was found on www.hopupracing.com. I guess they just found a HKS exhaust and put it on there and claim it's for MR2

I went on hksusa.com but I couldn't find the one you mentioned (HKS dual draggers) for MR2, the only two I found was 1) high power exhaust and 2) turbo exhaust.

ive talked to the somone from hopupracing, i have had experince ordering from them and they were very cooperative and fast shippers...the i though about getting hks turbo exhaust from them and asked about that pic a while back, its not from an mr2 but it is a turbo exhaust of a diff model car i think. the mr2 hks turbo exhaust is just a single side not a duel. google some pics ull notice the diff

see right now i really want a set of aftermarket exhaust system for my car that's dual sided instead of just one. don't ask why i gues im just weird that since i like the factory's dual side look a lot and dont want to change it to just a single side...

HKS no longer makes the dual draggers...you will have to find them used or a shop that has them in stock still....you can also try looking for a garage fukui system (phoenix power) or extreme boost has their BII system ready now also *but out of stock (i like how its full stainless but IMO mufflers are too small)...

thanks ischcoleobo, i think i'm gonna end up getting a ko racing tko exhaust system, with the 7" mufflers (don't like them too much). if i have enough money i might actually buy the package of ko racing downpipe with the tko exhaust system for 885 (sooo tempting). i'll keep you guys updated :0)
