Blitz Access Tuned ECU question..

guys, i have a 1992 jdm 3sgte in my sw20, and a friend of mine is selling me a used Apexi power fc EMS from a 1993 model.. will it work in my car? thanx

Hey MR2BAD!! wats up!! been a while huh.. yeah, my 2 is fixed but im still working on the fiberglass parts.. i just finished with the front bumper, next would be the side skirts then the hood and the fenders.. i would also have to construct a metal skeleton to support the one piece front end.. still a long way to go.. dont worry, il post the pics when its done.. cant wait to get it on the streets again.. hows your 2? any new stuff? new gimmicks?

Power FC are made for Gen3's and you will need to invest in a datalogit system bc the commander has limited tuning capabilities.

for a gen2 set up you will need to source a power exterprise edition or source a custom harness to make it work. You will also need to get a few extra sensors such as map, and air temp to make it work properly.

I just read that Power FC now offers a PRO version that opens up all the peramiters that the commander does not allow.

i see.. my friend is also selling me a blitz access tuned ecu for my 2.. what do you think of that? are you familiar with blitz tuned ecus?

ask the guy you are buying it from if he has altered any of the settings that it came with...

if not, give blitz a call and ask them about it, they should be able to give you specs on their own ecu, at least id hope so...
