ok i have my engine and tranny out because im rebuilding. i've seen a couple RPS clutch kits with a full face organic lining or a 6 puck clutch disk. they say that the full face is about the same feel as stock, but the 6 puck has a sharp but smooth engagement. both are equipped with the sport pressure plate. so my question is, which one and why?

6 puck will most likely be a pain for you to drive daily, especially in stop and go traffic.

I agree with onehot.. are they sprung or unsprung?. I have a sprung windowed Kevlar clutch in my spyder. It took alittle getting used to, but very streetable..if u decide to go with the 6 puck, I would make sure it's sprung...

like onehotcamry said, it will be more of a pain to drive(more pressure to the clutch pedal) but u can get used to it. since it's sprung, it won't be so abrupt and harsh when it engages... I just ordered a 6 puck stage 3 clutch w/8lb chrome moly flywheel ...your question was"which one and why? the full face is more streetable but the 6 puck will hold more torque/hp and more grip but will be harsher. hard to say which one to go with. thats something u will have to decide on yourself..
